There’s a spectacular Krisel restoration currently for sale
in the Rancho Mirage subdivision of Valley of the Sun. Built in 1958, this 2,149 square-foot home sits
on a .27 acre lot and has been meticulously refurbished by the Walker Land
Company. The original floor plan was
preserved, with only a few slight modifications performed. According to The Desert Sun, this is one of
two Palmer & Krisel Plan B-4s ever built, making this a significant collector’s

I had the privilege of visiting Valley of the Sun in January
2013, and instantly loved the large, sprawling nature of these homes. This
restoration is pretty impressive and will hopefully find a new owner who will
appreciate this property for what it is.
