1959 Sandpiper Condominium For Sale – Palm Desert, CA

Sandpiper features a great collection of mid-century shadow and screen block, and this unit doesn’t disappoint, with great examples both in and out.
The living room wall features some angled shadow block, augmented by high wall of glass looking out onto the pool area. These units were designed so that no one unit looks directly onto another, maximizing individual privacy.
