A raised spa sits at the end of the pool, roughly at the center of the backyard, and sits adjacent to an uncovered patio where a tent gazeebo currently sits. The rear wall of the west-facing backyard is screened with tall shrubs, which offer privacy and softens what would ordinarily be a blank wall.
This home appears to have been well-maintained over the years and is in move-in ready condition, or ready for a modernist makeover to return the home back to its roots. Either way it’s a great midcentury home in a fantastic midcentury community.
