Drought tolerant landscape accents paver driveway

The front of the home exudes classic midcentury modern, with clean lines and great form. With a side-loaded garage, the paver driveway acts as the front walkway to the home, accented with drought-tolerant front yard landscaping. A natural-stone veneered chimney anchors the exterior of the home, highlighted with a fairly unique notch in the roof overhang that only a handful of other Pacifica homes have.

Usable backyard area is mainly artificial turf, raised planters and a flagstone patio

The backyard is tiered, with the surrounding lots sitting higher than this property. Artificial turf, vegetable planters and an uncovered flagstone patio make up the bulk of the usable space in the yard, with a stone retaining wall and moderately sloped hillside making up the rest.
