The backyard is a private oasis, with mountain views and the
original 15’ x 30’ Alexander swimming pool. The rear walls are lined with lush
green shrubs providing extra privacy, and an open cabana with roofline which mimics
that of the home has been added to rear of the yard. Concrete pads set in the
turf add a variety of places to sunbathe, and around the corner at the rear of
the home is an outdoor shower off of the master bedroom patio.
This home is a beautiful example of a midcentury restoration
with a contemporary twist done right.
I am absolutely surprised how top-notch offerings they offer at very less expensive expenses! iv therapy palm springs
